I Can Work On SMS program

Changing Our Futures operates I Can Work On (https://icanworkon.com) and may send transactional SMS related to team scheduling.

What you’ll receive

• Team invite texts when an employer adds you to their roster
• Shift confirmation requests (can you work this day?)
• Employers: replies when you text a coverage need (for example “Need 2 people Fri 1–4pm”) and when teammates confirm
• Occasional account/help replies when you text HELP or STOP

Employers texting for coverage

If your office phone is on your I Can Work On employer account, you can text our number in plain language (for example “need 2 people on the 14th between 1 and 4 pm”). We interpret the request, text your team, and text you back as people confirm — including a short summary with names once the spots are filled. You can also text “Who is on my team?” to get your roster by tag.

How opt-in works

Employers enter a mobile number for someone they already work with (or are inviting to work). By providing that number on I Can Work On, the employer confirms they have permission to contact that person about work scheduling. Recipients can opt out at any time.
