By accessing and using I Can Work On, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

I Can Work On is a platform that connects workers with employers. Team members keep 100% of agreed pay. Employers pay $30 for unlimited job posts. We provide tools for job posting, worker profiles, and communication between parties.

3. Optional Google Calendar Sync

Workers may optionally connect a Google account so I Can Work On can read free/busy calendar information and mark busy days as unavailable on their work calendar. This feature is optional, uses read-only access, and does not grant us permission to create or edit Google Calendar events. You may disconnect at any time via Google Account permissions and your Calendar page. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users

5. Payment Terms

While I Can Work On charges no platform fees, users are responsible for:

• Agreeing on payment terms with other users
• Ensuring compliance with tax obligations
• Resolving payment disputes directly

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting illegal or fraudulent jobs
• Discrimination or harassment
• Spam or unauthorized advertising
• Violation of intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

I Can Work On is not liable for:

• User disputes or disagreements
• Quality of work or services provided
• Payment issues between users
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Inaccurate or outdated busy times if Google Calendar sync is not refreshed

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

9. SMS / Text Messaging

By using I Can Work On team and scheduling features, you may receive transactional SMS from Changing Our Futures / I Can Work On, including team invites and shift confirmation requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
